Billy the Kid is 21 years old and has reputed to have gunned down 21 men. Billy, a native of New York City, went out west for a better life. Billy had a rough start in life being abused as a youngster. But he did have the quickness of hand and coolness of mind to make him a true legend in his own time. In 1879 his fast gun was feared by law men and other gunfighters, but adored by the women who knew him in his short life.

The case file comes with a short pre-trial play so the audience/jury sees the crime of shooting blacksmith Cahill then sees how events are portrayed by attorneys. Also, we include four pages of notes for Prosecution and Defense including suggested Openings as a starting point.
