A close second is the Trial of Eve. With witnesses like God, Satan, Adam and Arch Angle Michael, there is also a somewhat familiarity. Eve from the Bible brought out the interesting point of how guilty is a person before they know right from wrong (as in eating the fruit.) For The Mock Trial of Eve of Eden, it is fun to have Satan describe what happened in the Garden of Eden. This could be prior to the trial by having the Bailiff describing it and then the players come up and enact it, or by having Satan be the first witness and as part of his testimony, he goes into a re-enactment along with Eve taking the apple, offering Adam a bite and even God showing up angry.

Beguiled by the serpent, she succumbed and ate the fruit, but after doing so, she knew right from wrong and then enticed Adam to eat as well.
